Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. Kitchen surfaces were dirty on our arrival and there was no hot water or even hot water pipes to the kitchen sink. This property was very handy for lots of beautiful beaches. Need a car from here to travel around.

Booked and it seems the owner does not work with this agent no more yet the property is listed on here. AVOID If I didn't have family I would have been stranded and homeless during transit. Terrible experience, the site itself was rough. I am grateful I got a full refund in credits unfortunately not refunded to my original payment method.

There are no facilities at the property. The water is turned off at night so u need bottled water to clean your teeth! There is no restaurant, no bar and no beach at the property as advertised. The air conditioning does not work! The nearest area is a 3mile walk away which is okay during the day but not at night! Falsely advertised more like a hostel!!

There is no beach, no restaurant, no bar. The place is dirty no has no facilities. The location is in the middle of nowhere and the nearest place is a bus ride at night which is 3miles away!!! Very misleading description. No hot water and eater is turned off at night so could not even brush teeth! Staff very helpful

The property isnt in the middle of st. Johns...so its prettt quiet...alot of nice breeze too... Alot of things not to like...we didnt have water in the room most times...we didnt have a comforter...the rubbish stayed in for the duration of the stay...we didnt have clean towels..the same towel was used thru the stay...lack of utensils evven matches for the stove...or things to was the dirty dishes...we had to purchase...the lights didnt work in the room..some outlets had no power...we didnt check in...or never checked in...nor did we check out...we just handed the keys to the property owners son...very very disappointing...we didnt even get a discount for the lack of water for the stay as the money was swiped from our account at 12 noon exactly on the last day...we never saw or spoke to the property owner since the 2nd day...i wont return

Home away from home

Generally a clean, comfortable apartment with good working appliances. Very convenient for easy transportation. Just walk 20meters from the building and step into a bus that takes 8-10 min.to the City.

Perfect for weekend, especially if your not looking to spend alot of money. Had a few issues with the water not running 1 night and the internet is spotty, but overall it's a nice spot.

Antigua stopover

Easy access to St. Johns and Darkwood, Nest and Shear Rocks beaches with Jolly Harbour and Epicurean shopping close by. Some good local restaurants in the vicinity.

Great Experience and a friendly owner

While my time in Antigua was short, the service that I received from Caribbean Holiday Apartments was excellent. The owner was always willing provide any requested service or convenience that made my stay their pleasurable.

I cancelled this reservation. Room was filthy...

This is the worst place I have ever been to. I cancelled my reservation. Please look at the places your are sending travelers to. I would not even allow a dog to stay there; it was that bad.

No shuttle, poor taxi service

Very poor service. The hotel indicates airport shuttle but they in fact do not have one. They arranged taxi ride to and from hotel but both times no taxi arrived and the owner had to pick me up. I waited almost two hours to get picked up and the second time I was stranded locked out of the hotel at 5am. Do not trust them for taxi or shuttle, otherwise an ok hotel

Perfekt beläget mellan jolly beach och st Johns.

Det går bussar åt båda hållen och ägaren är helt fantastisk och hjälper till att fixa vad ni än behöver!

Like staying with family

We had a great stay at the Caribbean Holiday Apartment. The staff was wonderful. They treated us like family and went out of their way to make sure we had a good visit. The room was large and had everything we needed in an apartment. Quiet area in the country. So sad we had to leave. Will absolutely go back.
