La maison est équipée d’un four et de plaques électriques, de grands plats et de matériel adapté pour plusieurs personnes. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont agréables et la piscine ajoutée au dernier moment fut un luxe. L’accès à la plage est immédiat et facile et il y a très peu de monde. "Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon der Empfang, um Mitternacht!, war sehr herzlich. Sogar für die 1. Verpflegung (Obst, Gemüse, Milch, …) war gesorgt.
