"The villa is beautiful and perfectly planned. The surroundings and views are spectacular. In mid october the pool was very cool (cooler than the Euboian gulf). Heating would have been very nice. The kitchen was well suited for cooking, but we missed a few utensils, for instance a pasta spoon. Also we had to buy toiletpaper, detergent and barbeque charcoal, which was difficult to find. The host had put a pet bottle of white wine on the table when we checked in. That was nice, but basic things...

"Perfekter Aufenthalt: Empfangen vom deutsch sprechenden Vermieter, Unterkunft besser als beschrieben (Überdachung über dem Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse inzwischen vorhanden). Vermieter gab uns Tipps zum Essen gehen, einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Handtuch- und Wäschewechsel nach unseren Bedürfnissen erfolgte perfekt. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, reagierte auf alle Sonderwünsche sofort. Kurzum: Perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert."

"Our stay at the house of prince was amazing! The villa is stunning! The check in process was really smooth and Ioannis was communicative and so helpful with anything we needed. Litsa, the housekeeper, was the absolute sweetest. She took such good care of the villa and was so helpful. Absolutely recommend to any families or groups!"

"The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. "15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025.
