"The accommodations were very nice. I stayed in “cozy” room 108. There was room cleaning everyday and fresh towels. The staff was outstanding! Always going the extra mile to assist. The on site restaurant was good. The location was perfect: a short walk to the South Kensington tube station, many museums and if the weathers cooperates to Harrod’s as well. The only negative was the WiFi which kept dropping I would definitely stay here again! "
