"This hotel is NOT near the airport. It should not come up in a search for accommodation close to Brisbane airport - it is in a noisy industrial area over the river. $60 taxi fare return, cheaper to stay at airport hotel which would have been quieter. The hotel closes at 4am and is extremely noisy with people yelling all night, banging doors, banging car doors, screaming, people going in and out of rooms next to and opposite our room from check-in at 9pm until 5am, you can hear planes go over and...

"The manager was extremely rude to me and didn't allow my stay as I was denide my stay may I please be credited on my account to be able to stay somewhere else or use for a vechile. When people decide the road to society and others treat them that don't like it are rude they need to have zeros on their score and either lose their jobs and or be sued. I am discusted"
