"After travelling 2 hours our accommodation was cancelled just as we were arriving. The host said it was double booked and that Vrbo would ring They didn’t, I spent 5 hours on the phone, on email and driving around on unclear info before they stopped replying and 3 women were left without anywhere to stay for 2 nights. Vrbo say they have done all they needed. I will be escalating and will never use then again."

We would have liked details of accessing the property a little sooner - we had to message to request them. Locating the key box was not quite as obvious as stated! But perfect for our needs.
