"We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. "

"Nice room for me on the third floor. You can pretty much see the whole matterhorn which is the part matters the most for travellers. The room is clean with all drinks included in the fridge and the bottom of the still water bottle has a matterhorn-shaped and I am very delighted seeing and be able to have it for free. breakfast was delightful and various dishes supplied. Shuttle bus picked us up from and to the train station which is very nice. Although I have waited about 45 mins for the pick-up...

"Clean room and very pretty, even though it was mid-October it still got hot in the room and there was no fan so we just kept the sliding door open a little bit throughout the night and that worked! We had a balcony and just barely a view of the Matterhorn which was awesome. Tv had lots of channel options in English. Our room was very cozy and comfy. The lady that worked the desk in the evening was great-she was the fire master, bartender, and helped guests at the desk, always making sure we were...
