"The hotel itself was very nice. Rooms nice size for downtown Paris. Centrally located to Eiffel Tower and quant bakeries and cafes. Safe is helpful. But when they say the breakfast will open at 7 it means sometime after seven. But they will accommodate if you need something at 7. We also had an issue the day we stayed with the hot water. They didn’t get it repaired the morning we were checking out until we were leaving for the airport. But they were trying everything to get it fixed on a sunday...

"My stay was lovely. Clean, safe and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops in the lower Marais. Staff is on 24/7. My only complaint is that they offer afternoon/evening beverages and many of them were not available. Over all - highly recommend."

"Asked for a room with a view and the staff accommodated everything we asked for. Room 601 had a view of the Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The staff were very welcoming and the service of handing the key to the 24/7 front desk meant there was no worry about losing the key. Location was great and the staff were great also."

The people staying across the hall from us were a group of Spanish ladies who were so incredibly loud and inconsiderate until 2 am some nights.
