"The resort was amazing. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the gaming was extremely fun. My wife and I had the most fun we've had on vacation in a long time. The only disappointment was that the blackjack tables were not in use during our stay. We were so looking forward to playing blackjack. Otherwise it was an amazing experience."

The room was spacious and the bedding was excellent quality and super comfy. I got great nights of sleep.
The hotel is quiet and in excellent condition. Excellent taste in decor. I will be back."

Stayed here before an early flight and was impressed for the price ($73+tax). The lobby is clean, bright, and smelled nice — efficient and pleasant front desk staff. Room was spacious and clean with reasonably well-maintained furnishings. Fast Wi-Fi with no annoying portal (QR code didn't work but typing the key was fine). Appreciated the functional USBC ports on the nightstand — didn't need to unpack my charger brick. Fridge worked well...

"The food and service were exceptional! Everyone was so helpful and nice. One of the best teams. Two of the only things I found lacking were that the mattress was pretty uncomfortable, like it hadn't been rotated in a while. And that if you make a reservation for the spa online it doesn't allow for a couple to book a room together. Thankfully, the staff at Tacaloma was able to accommodate and fix this day of!"

"The breakfast was good, wish the hours were a little longer.
House keeping never came and cleaned our room, but they cleaned my families rooms on the 2nd day.
I had to go talk to a manger on day 3 asking why and what happened.
Never got a reason as to why ours was missed.
The shower head needs some work to it. It points right at the towel rack and doesn't adjust very well."
