This home is your home base for surfing, San Diego festivals, hiking, nature walks, family beach time, and so many other activities! This large home has all the features and amenities you'll need to build lasting memories for you and your loved ones. Each of the 4 bathrooms has a tiled shower and comes equipped with essentials including soaps, towels, and makeup remover cloths. All 4 bedrooms on the upper level have a private balcony. The lower-level bedroom is perfect for guests who may find stairs inaccessible. All of these amenities are tucked away in a private circle and within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. If you prefer to stay indoors, we offer a retro arcade system loaded with over 3,000 games ready to play right in the living room. Available for an additional small fee, message us for details.

The master bedroom is a boho-style theme. It is richly appointed with wood, cascading greenery, and clean white to give you and yours the perfect feel of elegance. It has a king-size bed with a balcony that overlooks the backyard hosting area.

The second bedroom has a Yosemite theme to make you feel like you're right in the Sierra Mountains. With a queen-sized bed and rustic bedroom design, you get all the experience of Yosemite National Park with the cozy comfort this room provides. The private balcony of this room gives you the feeling of the great outdoors with views of birds and neighborhood trees.

The third bedroom is a Southern California surfer theme. For those seeking the surfer "vibe," look no further. This room makes you feel right at home and gives you the experience of a California surfer local. This room has 2 full-size beds and a private balcony that overlooks the private cul-de-sac out front.

The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level. It has a queen-sized bed and will transport you to the famous San Diego gaslamp district. The room presents a chic feel with clean lines and a contemporary style.
