"We enjoyed our stay in this home. It had a nice layout for 4 adults and 2 kids, with all bedrooms on the second floor and a great room downstairs. We drove to Moonlight State Beach, which was only 7 minutes away. Encinitas has a cute downtown, which was only about 7 minutes away as well. The property was clean and had everything we needed."

"Liked the location - closeness to the beach and town - but could use a major upgrade to the many torn/damaged beach chairs and wagons in rough shape (one set of front wheels not attached). Cleanliness not up to standard for this location/price range - floors very dirty (not just from sand) - in need of a major scrubbing - probably need a strong power wash on the upper balcony! Other simple fixes - like a bin for storing beach toys vs just a big pile of them, fix closets/bath drain in lower...

"It was a great stay. Even though we woke up to ants in one bedroom. It was taken care of the same day. He came and sprayed and they were gone. Great communication and responsiveness."

"The casita was the perfect spot for our getaway to Vista. The place was clean and just as expected. There was even chocolate chip and walnut banana bread. The backyard is cute and we saw tons of hummingbirds. We were in town to go to the breweries in North County and this spot was perfectly located for that! It was a great stay. I can’t recommend it enough!"

"Property was extremely pet friendly! Bungalow and common areas were well-maintained and clean. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate. Location was not too far to amenities. About a 10-minute drive to the pier and beach/harbor area. Overall great stay!"

"We're a family of 7 and this comfortable, welcoming home had plenty of space for us. The host is great and responded quickly to any concerns or questions that came up. We shopped at Costco and Trader Joe's (both are close) for food and enjoyed grilling and eating outside every evening, which was wonderful. We dashed into Van's Grocery Store around the corner if we needed anything else. We saw cottontailed rabbits, hummingbirds, and different kinds of lizards and birds every morning and evening....

"Great communication with host throughout our stay and they promptly addressed any concerns we had. They brought extra towels so we could use a few at the beach which was greatly appreciated. No huge cleaning list at check out was a big plus for us since we were departing early to catch a flight. Would stay again! Thank you!"

"Lovely and spacious home. Lots for our kids to do and plenty of areas for us to relax. Loved the patio, backyard and the game room. Our kids were elated about the popcorn machine and all the toys available which were suitable for all ages!"
