"Tracy was amazing to deal with! The home was beautiful and worked perfect for the six of us. Neat clean, easy access in and out. The front sitting area was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dollhouse was enjoyed by our two grandbabies, and the fire pit was comfy and easy to use. The sitting area in the back was perfect in the afternoon to rest in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels available. We definitely would love to stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay in this home. It had a nice layout for 4 adults and 2 kids, with all bedrooms on the second floor and a great room downstairs. We drove to Moonlight State Beach, which was only 7 minutes away. Encinitas has a cute downtown, which was only about 7 minutes away as well. The property was clean and had everything we needed."

"We had a great time at this house! It was very clean, the property manager was very responsive, hot tub was a hit with the kids, and best of all the location was amazing. You could walk to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. We had a family of 5 staying at the house, my kids all bunked in one room and we were in the other. San Diego weather is perfect so we were outside and exploring the whole time. Size of the house was perfectly fine. I would stay here again on our next trip."

"It was a great stay. Even though we woke up to ants in one bedroom. It was taken care of the same day. He came and sprayed and they were gone. Great communication and responsiveness."

"Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work. "Liked the location - closeness to the beach and town - but could use a major upgrade to the many torn/damaged beach chairs and wagons in rough shape (one set of front wheels not attached). Cleanliness not up to standard for this location/price range - floors very dirty (not just from sand) - in need of a major scrubbing - probably need a strong power wash on the upper balcony! Other simple fixes - like a bin for storing beach toys vs just a big pile of them, fix closets/bath drain in lower...

"Bungalow was small, but very clean and cozy. The bed/ mattress was really comfortable. We liked the location and shops nearby. Bungalow/ area was fairly welcoming for our pet. The on-sight manager was friendly and helpful."
