"This property has it all. It has smart tvs, games and equipment in the garage, and a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were full of anything you could need for your stay. The view of the water was amazing and the home is located only blocks from local shopping and dining. My only improvement would be to specify to guests where to park. I was a bit confused but there is parking behind the garage by the trash cans. I wasn't sure but the neighbors were kind...

"Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

"The Beaufort Bungalow was perfect. My wife and young daughter stayed for 2 nights and its location allowed us to easily explore Beaufort, Morehead City and Atlantic Beach/Emerald Isle. The cottage itself is so cozy in a beautiful setting very close to the downtown Beaufort waterfront. My daughter loved the loft area. Would definitely stay here again. Had an opportunity to meet both Dave and Clara and both were super nice and helpful."

"First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

"The property was very clean and in great shape. The small amenities (coffee, snacks, bathroom soaps, games, etc ) were plentiful. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely a property worth visiting. "
