"Excellent small cottage with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable and roomy bedroom. Walk in shower was nice to use. Door from lounge/kitchen out to small garden that was nice to sit out in the evening. Friendly owner gave us a warm welcome. Good place to explore Cheshire - we visited Nantwich, Chester, Salt museum at Northwich and the Anderton boat lift. Also visited the Moorcroft Pottery in Stoke."

"Unfortunately the snow dampened our experience as we didn’t want to get out and about in it but the owners were so lovely and the place was beautiful and clean and easy to get to. Will recommend it."

"Olive is a lovely property situated right in the heart of the countryside. A great place to relax and a lovely big enclosed garden for our dog to roam free. We had such a lovely stay, it has everything you need and more. Interior is so nice and cosy with a modern a twist. Very close to some lovely local pubs, restaurants and farm shops. Penelope was amazing and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommended if you’re in the Cheshire area. Would love to go back!"

"Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area."
