- sauber - verfügt über eine Klimaanlage - gutes Pub (kein Food) - leider kein Morgenessen - einige Zimmer mit Etagen-Dusche/-WC

Friendly staff and a nice clean room.

We arrived to find the room we had booked on the first floor had been trashed the night before and the only available room was on the second floor . The problem for us was my husband is recovering from hospital so the extra stairs didn't help. That said the staff were amazing and did all they could to help us and although it was a smaller room it was lovely. We had several meals in the hotel which were very good and would recommend The White Lion Royal.

For a start, pulled back the duvet and found crumbs, brown stains on the sheets and somebody else’s pubic hairs. Also the cabinet door kept falling off, the plug socket for the TV and the kettle was literally hanging off the wall. As for the staff we met the bar man who showed us to our room first night we were there and also one cleaner,on the day we were leaving there was a man banging on the glass doors with his mobile phone trying to get the staffs attention. swearing I actually felt quite intimidated all we wanted to do was hand back the keys,all the doors were locked and this man was just shouting and banging on the glass.
