"We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again."

"Booked for the fire pit but it wasn’t on. The free breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure what the eggs were. Our tv would also turn off while trying to look at the menu which was frustrating, and there wasn’t hotel info or check out on it that we could find. I don't like having to use apps on my phone for that. "

"This property was centrally located and accessible to Peoria, Glendale and Scottsdale but set in a quiet area out of downtown areas. Staff was very responsive, multiple choices of pools with clean towels and well kept areas. Rooms were clean and maintenance was responsive when our safe needed new batteries. Felt very safe for my daughter and I traveling together. Resort restaurant was reasonable and good food onsite and room delivery. Will definitely return."

"Overall room was fine and location reasonably close to the airport . The hotel sits across the street from a concert venue/bar and the music blared until 2am. Then for some reason at 4am they were loudly emptying the dumpsters in the area. Not the fault of the hotel but not a restful night unfortunately. "

Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable.
We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options.
Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again."

"It took 30 min to check in. The parking was a challenge and they charged me a destination fee of $40 that they did not disclose when I finally did check in. I am disappointed in the overall service and elevators took a long time to navigate because they were not keeping up with demand. Great location but not going to stay again unfortunately"
