"The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. "Everything was great. It's nice and quiet with only the lovely church bells. The food was great, coffee cups a bit small. But the daily bread was fantastic and the bacon premium smoked."

"The hotel is in good location at walking distance of city center and train station. It has good facilities ( maybe a safety box would be great and electricity connections at bedside table). Otherwise, the bed, pillows and furniture make the room very comfortable. And you have coffee and tea for free at the lobby. It was a very nice stay "

"Since we didn't know where we were supposed to park our car, we had to walk inside and it was quite confusing during the rush hour at the restaurant. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck. When I found that it was inside the restaurant, I asked one of the employee about parking our car and she looked away from me. I assume that she wasn't the employee that I needed in the first place. It was quite confusing at the beginning. "
