"This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. They all seemed to want to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so comfortable and welcoming and I loved it. The one down side was the steak I ordered which was chewy and inedible - disappointing as it wasn’t at all cheap. I would definitely return but just not order steak. "

"Las fotos no se corresponden, el estado del apartamento es viejo, la cocina y baño sobre todo. Llegamos y la ducha no funcionaba bien, no la cambiaron y no había luz, solo funcionaba una lámpara en todo el apartamento . La camarera de piso solucionó el problema, no la dirección del hotel que estaba alertado y no hizo nada. El inodoro podías moverlo😳, Sara mandó dos hombres el segundo día y lo arreglaron. Perfect if you do not want to know Nairobi and just stay at the hotel but if you want to meet Nairobians, you'll have to take a taxi for everything. Amazing food hands down! Breakfast buffet is 5 star. Prices of the restaurant are about 20% to 25% too high, in my opinion. Tips are included on the bill. "ナイロビのアップタウンにあり、すぐ近くにモスクがあります。 一日に何度もお祈りの声が聞こえて未知の文化を感じました。 最終日にそこへ行きたいと言うとセキュリティの女性がついてきてくれました。 モスクの女性にも、お腹が空いているのでランチをご馳走してほしいと言われ、手元にあったお金をあげましたがケニヤで友達になった人に聞いたらそんなの必要ないと言われました。 とてもお腹が空いていそうだったので私は良かったですが日本人からするといい感じの場所ではなかったです。 それと、ホテルにコンディショナーがなくて髪の毛がゴワゴワになったのでコンディショナーを買いに行きたいと言うとセキュリティの他の女性が手を繋いで一緒に行ってくれました。 夜はとても寒いのにセキュリティが表にも裏にもいて、またホテルの部屋へ入るのにも二回鍵を通しました。 とても安心できるホテルです。 セキュリティはバッチリでした。"
