"Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was as promised, although the decor needed a bit of maintainance considering it was sold as a deluxe room. Having the hot tub made all the difference, especially with unseasonably unsettled weather. We did have to complain once about being able to hear next door's TV quite loudly. They were asked to turn it down, but we don't know if it was the volume up loud or if the walls are just thin. The food was varied, unlimited and there was plenty of choice for...

"Room was spacious, good storage space, bathroom room spacious but shower very basic. The hotel has obviously been freshened up but still feels very much a seventies/eighties hotel. The hotel is ideally situated for beach, walks,shops,bars, restaurants and transportation. Buffet breakfast very good. Staff and service FIVE STAR for attentiveness, charm and friendliness. "

"We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Tatty hole when an integrated microwave used to be for example, dirty shelf base, needs a clean and replacing. The location and Lido is lovely but the property is not!"

"Stunning hotel with excellent facilities. We were offers a room upgrade and enjoyed a junior suite. We were on B&B board basis and this was lovely with lots of tasty options. We used the padel court and yoga classes which were fab! Would definitely return"

"Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping. "

"Rooms were clean all communal areas were very clean and all staff were brilliant. Great value for money pool was kept in great condition, breakfast wasn’t the best but absolutely fine. Will 100% return as we loved our stay."
