"This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

The Palmers guest house is perfectly located within walking distance to great restaurants and bars, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and peaceful. The guest house was clean, cozy, and the process was easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"This place was great! Even in the heat, we were able to take walks because the neighborhood is so nicely shaded. Also, the house itself has cute seating area outside all covered in shade. Just bring mosquito spray! Virginia was extremely helpful and kind and very easy going. Really enjoyed our stay here!"

The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. "The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too."
