"The inside of the house was very clean as almost all the reviews indicated. However, there was a hole in the roof above the garage which was not communicated. It was shocking to arrive at a property with a tarp on the roof. The garage was not usable because of the roof damage. Additionally, the yard was overgrown and full of weeds which did not help first impressions. Communication from the owner was timely after our arrival. I feel property issues (like roof damage) should be disclosed...

"The setting was very nice and in a quiet area, but conveniently located to travel around Florida. Cottage was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again."
