Sail Lofts at Lake Dillon is the ideal Colorado getaway for family and friends. Equipped for time together – there's the fully appointed kitchen, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with gas fireplace, TV, and plenty of room to spread out – the home also offers room for everyone: three full bedrooms and 3 full baths. We offer fast Internet speed, cable. And you can't beat the convenient location near the lake, amphitheater and restaurants.
Newly constructed and furnished Penthouse condo in 2020 with breathtaking views. Located in the center of everything Dillon: one block from the lake, marina, restaurants, pubs, bowling & ice cream! Two blocks from the Amphitheater. Modern unit with the latest technologies. Wonderful for relaxing! Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and Sail Lofts is just a free shuttle ride (<100 yds) to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 11.5 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

LAYOUT OF CONDO: Condo is on two levels (stairs within condo) located on the 3rd floor of building. There is an elevator from the garage and lobby.
THE FIRST FLOOR includes the kitchen, dining room/living room, the bunk room with attached full bath that also opens on to the living room, so that it may be used by anyone in the unit. Also on this level is a Queen bedroom with a full, private bath attached. The washer/dryer and coat closet are across from the kitchen.
The grill is on the balcony overlooking the lake, mountains and town. Also on the balcony is a table that seats 4 for outdoor dining.
THE SECOND FLOOR has the master suite with private bathroom and a game loft at the top of the stairs.
There is private ski/bike storage in the garage, with 2 assigned parking spaces.

Great location

The views from the condo are as advertised. Overall you can’t beat the location, near so many ski slopes and i70. It felt cozy when the snow was falling at night. The only thing and I do mean the only thing, because it’s so small. The couch and the chairs don’t face the amazing view of the mountains Overall great!

Stayed here with friends. There are 3 full baths, which is great with 4 kids between 12 and 18. Plenty of spaces. 2 heated parking spaces were awesome as well.

Ideal location with beautiful view of lake and mountains

Lovely condo that suited my family’s needs perfectly. It has an amazing view of the mountains and is within walking distance of the lake, playground and restaurants. This was our second time staying here and would definitely book it again! * could use some dish cloths and more dish towels in the kitchen.

Fishing Trip

Great location and nice parking garage for security and weather protection. Great floorplan for 3 guys and ample space to relax in living room. Great views from family room and nice to have an elevator when bringing up luggage and fishing gear.

Beautiful condo in Dillon

The location of this home is great— very close to the amphitheater and the lake. The views are just breathtakingly beautiful. We loved the deck area. It’s a great home away from home for a family or small group. It does not have air conditioning that we could locate, so it was warm on the upper level, but most places in the mountains don’t have AC, so it’s not really surprising. We just opened the windows.

A clean, well-appointed condo with wonderful views. Centrally located in Dillon near lakefront, amphitheater, farmer's market and regional bus line. Third bedroom bunkbeds makes room only suitable for kids. A well stocked kitchen made cooking and eating in a breeze!

The property was comfortable, clean, and had amazing views. The beds were comfortable and the property had almost everything that we needed. The only thing that would be a nice addition is amenities for younger children like a few plastic dishes and a travel crib/ high chair. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Property with expansive views

Fantastic property with great views of Lake Dillon. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The garage was convenient and had plenty of height which was nice because we had a car topper. The garage openers weren’t working during our stay but appeared it was out for other tenants/guests during our time there. The storage was perfect for bikes.
