"We were after a room with large space - which a lot of the hotels in Hanoi didn’t offer. This was fantastic, especially for the price point! Conveniently located near to train street and lots of shopping and eating, can walk easily to a lot of these places.
Being dropped off by Grab was a little tricky, the street the apartment is on actually does not allow cars, so there’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street - if you have a lot of luggage and kids, I could see this as a problem but otherwise...

"The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant.
The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....
