"The hotel’s location was very convenient for walking or catching transportation. There are many choices nearby for restaurants and coffee shops. The check-in process was relatively straightforward. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were way too big and sort of hard. We couldn’t compress them to a more comfortable position. The bathroom needs towel bars and nonslip tub mat or strips inside the tub. That was quite unsafe and felt a little scary when...

"Really nice property, excellent location, quiet and relaxed, as it was 25 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam via a tram you could board 3 minutes away from the property. Good restaurant on site and good food options nearby. Property has a washing center that has washers and dryers that work perfectly. Which was one of our decision key points. Would definitely recommend. A+"

"Nobody clean the room for you. If you want cleaning please pay for the money. Washer and dryer in -1 floor. No elevator. For using laundry need to pay $5 Euro per times/ every 5hours."
