"Pool and beach very very nice. Neet. Staff good but at times could be better. Rooms are OK, bed is comfortable but shower could be kept better and since there is no window there should be a ventilator but it was missing. Why? Strange. And water was coming out of the shower making the bathroom wet and hard to dry. Food is very good, we didn't get sick or anything, but I must say that after a while it gets repetitive.. "This a lovely hotel in a stunning location. We enjoyed our stay but I think it could excel if it fixed a few issues: - found a solution to sun bed hogging which made it very hard to find spaces after 9am - replaced broken sun beds more readily - deployed more staff by the pool, too few to get a drink readily - bolstered the concierge team. We had to chase and chase for answers to queries (even ones made weeks before arrival) - fixed room fridges (they barely cooled anything)"

"Wonderful, clean and modern hotel directly on the beach with 2 big pools. Good breakfast! Although the hotel is big and we visited in main season, it didn’t feel crowded. Everything was perfect, except one thing to improve: at check in, the staff didn’t give us many infos, for example we didn’t know until the last day, that there are pool towels. I can fully recommend the hotel and will come back."

"We recently suffered a bereavement in our family and booked this stay for a few days of peace. Sadly, our check-in experience was one of the worst we’ve ever had. The receptionist took our IDs and payment, then rushed through the hotel information so quickly that we couldn’t understand how to use the air conditioning or TV. "We have been staying in Kontakali Bay for a few years now because the hotel is exceptional. All the staff are extremely helpful and the atmosphere is warm, it is like coming home. Very close to Corfu town and they have a shuttle bus every day at 9:30 coming back at 1:30. Food is fantastic, they have a lovely swimming pool and it is next to the sea. Beautiful location, relatively small (which we love), great Greek hospitality - we will be back!"

"A Nice, Legendary Hotel with Beautiful Views We had a lovely stay at Domes Miramare. It's a nice, legendary hotel, very well decorated throughout. The rooms were spacious and nice, with a beautiful view. A couple of minor notes: the room door was very heavy, and the hallway wasn't as clean as expected. "The most incredible location, views were unbelievable. Room big and clean, effective aircon and blackout blinds. Breakfast was a big varied buffet. Pools were both immaculate and well managed. Be aware the gym is in fact just an area with some weights (outdoors) our bathroom drains were a bit stinky but staff were looking into it."

"The views are stunning. The property is very nicely maintained. The gym is quite small and primitive but was fun nevertheless. It is not all inclusive; they charge 1 euro for poolside air hockey and pool, I mean come on. You have to pay for bottled water. The drinks are small and cheap, they cut off at 11. The buffet restaurant is exceptionally good. I suggest getting a suite ocean front; everything else might not have much view and the pool is quite busy so you can sit on your balcony all day...

"Beautiful setting with wonderful views. Very well designed and maintained property with friendly and polite staff. Spacious rooms. Excellent food. The beach is very clean and private. 40 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to Corfu old town. Highly recommended."
