"We had an excellent stay in Poughquag!! The cabin is cozy and well-appointed with a great kitchen, and the property is beautiful. We enjoyed being in such a secluded, peaceful spot and exploring the trails with our dog. Although we were only a short drive from lots of cute towns we ended up spending most of our time at the cabin because we loved it so much. Hope to return to see it in another season! "

"The property is amazing. The house is beautiful and very inviting and comfortable. It was easy to locate. Even though the property was older with loads of charm it was updated with many modern conveniences. The owner stayed in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay again. "

"Excellent location for visiting & events in Millbrook, Dover Plains, Wassaic. Clean, comfortable bed, lots of space in apartment, well-equipped, spacious kitchen, and great communication & hospitality from host/family.Will hopefully return some day, with close proximity to my daughter's home!"

"Beautiful setting combined with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities created a perfect place to unwind. Property manager went above and beyond with our ease of booking and check-in. We fully enjoyed every aspect this warm home had to offer. Our two teens made great use of the billiards room and played ping pong on the sun porch. We splashed in the pool, soaked in the hot tub, made nightly s’mores, piped in jazz over the speakers and stayed up late playing games and finishing puzzles....

"This was a family gathering. We had 4 children 3yo and under. The location of the pool, up the hill met all our safety concerns. The house was just amazing and so impressive with a library that made down time more enjoyable. We have a piano player in the family who entertained us on the piano. The kitchen was breathtaking and I often rent homes yet never seen one so well stocked with dinnerware and glasses. This may be our favorite spot and hope it is available during Christmas holidays. "

"The room was probably the smallest American hotel room I had ever used. But it was great for what i was using it for, which was sleeping. Needs more outlets, and a larger shower with a higher shower head (only at shoulder height). "

"An absolutely charming inn, and all the management team are lovely and willing to help in any ways. We had a car problem while visiting and they were so helpful and supportive!!! Very grateful. "
