"This is an older home but set up well and it was nice and clean with tons of add ons. Kitchen was fully stocked. There was a full coffee, tea bar and every dish and utensil you could ever need. Home is spacious and comfortable. "

"Comfortable and cozy cottage on the lake. Very nice location. Boys shared the bunk room and my wife and I rested well on the king bed. My boys and I really enjoyed fishing off the dock - we caught a few sunnies and bluegills - meanwhile, local fishermen by the road caught some monsters!"

"This B&B is a hidden gem! We loved the haunted room #12. Loved the pool table, restaurant (good for gluten-free also!) and the location - across from a beautiful swimmable lake and park. It was priced well and the Scottish ambiance and history could not be beat!!"

"Location is really nice, view is super, beds were comfortable. We mostly enjoyed our stay. Probably won't stay again due to few small things that really diminished the overall experience and stress. We could not wash our clothes, big deal for a family packing limited clothes. Washer and dryer look to be from 1982. Electric stove worked but we could never get the pans hot enough to cook food in a timely manner. The dishwasher leaked, it was newer model but we got through that one.Should address...

"This is a great place to stay for families. So much right on the property- hiking, open spaces, awesome views, farm animals, fish pond, trampoline, games. well appointed kitchen for us to prepare a holiday dinner. We will definitely consider staying again. "
