"This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. "Wagon was much bigger than we thought. Everything was very neat and clean and we had a great time making S'mores! Highly recommended! Fires by the fire pit were amazing! Very peaceful getaway and many "dog friendly" places in the area. The town of Penn Yan was a treat too. Communications with the host were a breeze. Enjoy! "

"Everything was very nice. The bed, pillows, and couch were so unbelievably comfortable. The heated floors and toilet seat in the bathroom made me want to get them. Everything felt very modern, clean, and update. At one point power was lost before I even got there and they did a good job at keeping me updated about it and it was restored before I even arrived.
