I had two rooms booked and because of their bad management I had to find a room at 11.30 pm and cramp into 1 room instead of the 2 I had originally booked "

"When we arrived it was a busy time due to a state fair happening plus student drop off at the University. However, only one person taking care of customers. We even ran out of toilet paper and there was none in the property. We had to go out and buy as the guy at the front wasn’t able to help and may be he even forgot that I had requested it. Also, the room was never cleaned. "
