"Hotel cómodo,limpio y bien ubicado"

"Phyllis and Jim were great hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate. Enjoyed the conversations and the friendly atmosphere. Will definitely stay there again."

"There were a lot of bugs, being so close to the lake. They were getting in from the fins on the ac units, so maybe pack some tape to help seal. Everything else was great, our host was fantastic and very responsive!"

"This was just the place for my solo time! The view was awesome, the place was cozy and the bed was amazing. The kitchen had everything I needed. I had a few concerns which Marc addressed promptly. Definitely would go back."

"This property was just beautiful! It was very clean and bright. It was homey. The beds and living room furniture were so very comfortable. The view of the park and river across the street was beautiful. We were in walking distance to food and drinks. Just minutes from the highway. Our host was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with. Always responsive. It was so easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this place. The pictures posted were true to form."

"Nicely done and just what we needed Excellent mattress"

"Enjoyed our stay. Access close to the river to see boats go bye, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Home is a converted apartment and has character. You can hear guests walk upstairs but other than that it's a wonderful stay. Clean, accommodating, and met our needs.Arriving at night can be disorienting just because the exterior is shared space, so take your time and the driveway on the side of the home is narrow so be sure you have clearance going in and out. Worse case you might be...

"House was immaculate, extremely comfortable and felt larger than pictured. Homeowners welcomed us by leaving fresh cookies, a bottle of wine, and invitation to help ourselves to eggs and bacon for breakfast. Bob quickly replied to a few questions we had. High praise!!"

"This was our 2nd time at this property for our family vacation. We had a great time. The pool was awesome for the kids and the weather perfect to enjoy the pool. We loved the riverfront where we could fish right from the property and then kayak. The house is big enough for our family and spacious enough we all had our own space. Only issue we had was WiFi didn’t work for the TVs on the 4 rooms on the first floor. Besides not being able to use the TVs on the first floor with the bedrooms and game...

"I traveled to Bville for visit with extended family and friends and could not have been more happy with the accommodations. First, the property is in a historic building and has all the charm you would expect from a thoughtfully preserved landmark, with timeless craftsmanship, distinctive architectural details, and a character that is rarely replicated in modern construction. Second, the property was clean and exceptionally well cared for, reflecting the owners' attention to detail and pride in...

"I stayed here the weekend of my high school reunion. It was clean, comfortable and everything I needed. Perfect for my weekend stay."

"We enjoyed our weekend away. Such a nice house and atmosphere. Our doggies enjoyed it as well."

"I grew up outside of Syracuse NY for 18 years, and always dreamed of living on the river. Staying at this home fulfilled my dreams, and more! I was able to share this experience with my kids and partner - we all live in Colorado now, and they have a much different experience of rivers out west! The home was well appointed, comfortable beds and temperatures, and we loved borrowing the canoes and fishing!"

"Location in Phoenix is excellent with great views of the canal and a porch to watch the boats float by. Easy to throw a paddleboard in for morning exercise. The unit itself is older and has some rough edges, questionable electrical, but was very clean and the furnishings are mostly new. We had an issue with water and AC units which Robert quickly fixed for us. The neighbors above were very loud, not their fault - the building floors are thin and you hear every movement. Even with ear plugs we...
