"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

"Desayuno bueno, necesitan agregar más variedad de fruta fresca, solo había piña y naranja y lo típico manzanas, peras, plátanos. Personal con un trato excelente y dispuesto a ayudar. Maria se destacó por su gran asistencia y nos recibió con nuestra habitación ya preparada. Sin pensarlo regresaría, muy bien ubicado en un área segura y cercana al metro Hammersmith. Lo único es que si llegas temprano ya no hay desayuno cuando haces un check in a las 10 am. Debes levantarte temprano para tener un buen desayuno y debería haber más agua disponible cuando hace mucho calor, retiraron las garrafas de agua en medio de una ola de calor. 9.5/10"

Despite having a WhatsApp help dispatch that was helpful and efficient it’s not the same as having a reception stand with a human being and service at the hotel. That way facilities and any need guest might have could have been better kept."
