"The hotel itself is a good budget friendly option for those who just need a place to stay at for the night. You shouldn't expect a lot from the hotel. Parking is okay, self park and there are adequate spaces for everyone. The staff were good but I notice that no one is always at the front desk, they usually go and do other duties when there are no guests at the front desk. The free breakfast was good in my opinion for the price of the room. So the hallways have a lingering smell which depends...

"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "

"The room wasn't cleaned when we checked in and there was lots of trash inside the bin , during the night of our stay the ceiling was leaking and they told us they will send the staff but this never happened."

"Great, family friendly hotel. We got 10th floor jr suite that overlooked the Clifton hill and had partial waterfalls view, watched fireworks from the room at night. It’s on the expensive side but worth it. Breakfast buffet was just ok, probably could skip that next time but it was convenient to have the option right there."

"When you stay at a hotel. They should not charge their guests parking fees. This was outrageous. It was expensive without paying for parking. This should be an amenity. The views were spectacular. The room was cozy bed sleep amazing. Staff was helpful."

"Dated hotel, but great location. We are a family of 5…having enough beds for each person is 100% why I booked here. We used the waterpark, so the bridge linking to it was also a plus. Perkins for breakfast downstairs in the hotel was great.(ask hotel front desk for breakfast deal)"

"Our room was on the 1st floor across from the lobby elevator. It was very noisy late at night and early in the mornings. A wall or better sound proofing of the rooms across from the elevator would be good."
