"The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."

"Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended."

"This was a location and villa with private pool of our dreams. It has everything you can want for a traditional Italian experience. The views are beautiful day and night. The villa is spacious inside and out set on a large picturesque plot. If you want rustic, quiet and authentic, this is the place for you. "We loved everything about our stay. Todi is a picture perfect hill town with wonderful people and restaurants. The property was a short (but steep) walk to the main piazza where we had great meals and the best gelato just a short stroll down the main shopping road. "The apartment was everything we expected, lots of character with beautiful views. Unfortunately because of the time of year we were there, we didn’t take advantage of the patio due to the temps being low. Our host Manuela went above and beyond looking after us. My wife unfortunately got sick during our stay there and Manuela dropped off homemade soup, that was delicious. Not the only thoughtful thing she did for us.
