"The checked in was smooth and I was given an early check in, by 2 pm I’m done. Staff was super helpful and friendly. English speaking is clear & easily understood. Very grateful to the staff for finding me a taxi to which can fit in 4 ppl with 3 large suitcases/1 medium. Really love the amenities there, the Onsen was super nice! The women’s onsen, entry required pwd to get in, which I feel super safe. And when you come out there’s a mini snack bar with free flow of coke, ginger beer & tea. Some...

"Amazing location to everything. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended if you want to be in the heart of a shopping street with lots of food choices. We traveled with a family of 4 and loved our stay and would definitely come back!"
