"We stayed here for our last two nights in Tokyo. The hotel is located in the middle of Shinjuku, essentially the "Times Square" of Japan. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the train station. We had a room on the 23rd floor that offered an amazing view of Tokyo. It was also really cool seeing the Godzilla head close up from the lobby! Staff was easy to communicate with. Would recommend! "

"Most of the staff was nice and helpful to us. I forgot one of their names but he was great and helped us out with our luggage transfer! Heard some noises from people next to us a few times but overall it was a quick and comfortable stay."

"Room and bathroom is clean, staffs are helpful. Breakfast very affordable, not too many choices though. Air conditioning is very good. And if you don’t want to take the taxi or train to the airport, there is a shuttle bus at a nearby hotel which is just around 4mins walk. Highly recommended. "

"The hotel was beautiful. The best part was the team that helped us at the front desk and the bakery (those were my only interactions). To say the staff goes above and beyond would be an understatement. Ms. Takana was a gem and is a highlight of this hotel. "
