"This is a great resort with one BIG exception. Their WiFi does not work. As an IT professional I can tell that they have an outdate system with not enough capacity. It routinely kicks people off when it is at capacity, crashes routinely and is invisible much of the time. Comments, suggestions, complaints by me and other guests were not responded to. As I needed to do work from here, it turned out to be impossible to attend zoom meeting, submit documents and connect by email. Very frustrating...
