"The pros: staff were kind and friendly, and the rooms are nice and spacious.
The cons: the room we were in got barely any sun, so the pool was always too cold to use. The insect screens were broken so we were constantly battling mosquitos in our room. The listing states two restaurants when there is only one, it says they have bikes which they don’t, they don’t actually have a shuttle, they just arrange one for you but a few days notice minimum is apparently required. "Our 4 night stay at the resort was amazing in all the ways! It was one of the best resorts we have ever been to. The staff welcomed us and knew our names the whole stay and were so kind and helpful. The food was delicious and well prepared and the included breakfast had a great variety of options. We had a beachfront bungalow that was private and right on the lagoon.
