"We’ve had 2 family vacations here and like it for the price and location. The owner is great. Hot tub, grills and outdoor fire pits and seating areas are great. Cabins themselves are run down but not a huge inconvenience. "

"The properly was clean and well kwpt however the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and very old. Honestly, this could’ve been a five star experience had the beds not been so incredibly uncomfortable for everyone in our party in three different rooms. We loved the walkability to the ski lift and the amenities and restaurants nearby. However, I would not stay here again because that’s how incredibly bad the beds were. "The location of this studio apartment is absolutely perfect! We could sit on the large shared deck and enjoy the view of the lake with a cup of coffee or walk across the park to the lake in one minute. There is a lovely park between the apartment and the lake where you can rest on one of the many benches and enjoy the peace of the lake water and beautiful mountains beyond. "Having a kitchen while visiting the mountains for an ice fishing trip is wonderful. We are able to save some money and spend it on activities around town. The road through the neighborhood, up to the cabin was well-maintained. Even getting 7 inches of snow overnight. It was cleared by midmorning the next day.. Grand Lake is a beautiful, quaint town with cute, ritzy shops and marvelous access to the great outdoors."

"We were in walking distance of most of the places we visited in Winter Park. The host was fantastic communicating with us. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed being able to use the washer and drier. Thank you for a very nice place to stay in WP!"

"Nice cabin and well stocked. Quite clean. Comfortable beds. A few minor issues such as a sticky bedroom door and the ceiling in the loft was so low that I was glad we didn’t need to use it. Location was convenient but quite a bit of traffic noise. Would consider staying there again. Confusing checkout information as what was posted in the cabin did not match online instructions."

"The place was nice and clean. The only issue is that the swimming pool and hot tubs are not on their property but another property across the street. Unfortunately the pool and hot tubs were closed. After a day of playing in the snow we were looking forward to the hot tubs. Probably would have stayed some place else had we known they weren't on property and not up and running. Other than that it was great."
