"Good"

"Our stay at Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm welcome and professional staff to the beautiful room, excellent food, drinks, facilities and wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. The service was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. There is just one small thing I would like to mention: the Nespresso coffee capsules in the room were not included in the all-inclusive package. Honestly,...

"Room was excellent, we got upgraded to a villa , beautiful spacious setting , very clean , comfortable bed , very clean bathroom. Staff r very nice , cheerful & helpful. Food is very good , we tried turquoise restaurant in most nights , plenty of varieties and good quality foods. Salt restaurant was extremely good. I will definitely go again"

"ottima struttura, bella posizione.

"We loved the property and staff was very friendly. But the shower in our executive room with private pool was so clogged - it flooded the entire room . It seems it wasn’t cleaned or fixed for a long time before us. Also food in restaurants with à la carte menu was not very good. Avocado salad was not edible, for example. But overall, we had a pleasant stay and staff was lovely."

"Take the sea view rooms. We enjoyed the stay and ready to go back. Very clean and excellent service"

"The resort was beautiful staff was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant staff were top notch and very accommodating. The rooms pool area beach and overall vibe of hotel was amazing."

"Unreal stay - the property is a modern high end oasis with everything you need at your finger tips. We personally loved their app where you could truly ask, book, or see anything the property had to offer for you. We are truly dying to go back already!"
