"スタッフの方は気さくで、私は英語もフランス語も片言しか喋れませんでしたがとても親切に説明して下さって感謝です。 ベッドはカーテンで仕切られていてプライベートが保たれました。電源が１つあるのでプラグCのUSB3口あるアダプターを持っていたのでスマホ関連の電源に不自由しませんでした。 ドライヤー持参でしたがシャワールームにも電源があったので問題ありませんでした。 各ベッドに対して1つ内寸約50cm角の南京錠を自前で持っていけば使える簡易ロッカーがあり、リュック丸ごと入れることが出来ました。 また早朝に着いても荷物預かりのホテルのロッカーがあり、1時間、5時間、◯時間、24時間(記憶が曖昧です)位で価格の違う預け方ができました。 本当に親切にしていただきありがとうございました。また次回も利用させて頂きます！"

"We had such a lovely weekend here as a family! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The spa was beautiful and so relaxing, and the treatments were amazing. Our room was spacious, super comfortable. The food was delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and delicious. If I had to mention one small thing, the hot tub and pool could have been a little warmer — but that’s honestly the only tiny thing in an otherwise perfect stay. The whole place has such a calm,...

"Excellent stay for two people! Love the location and proximity to the tube. You're nestled right in the heart of lots of tourist attractions. Free coffee, and tea every morning was a must. Staff was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. The room was tight, but if you're planning to be out and about it's just a place to keep your stuff and sleep. 10/10"

"Whenever I went to the washroom, it was clean and organized. The staff was nice. You can get there from the Heathrow Airport by only the Piccadilly Line. The hotel must have been full, but I heard nothing from other rooms as if there was by myself in the hotel. It was really quiet. They don't have AC, but the temperature was comfortable while my visit in the middle of October."
