"Bedroom had only microwave and fridge in kitchen area, coffee pods you have to pay extra for even though machine in room. But there is a coffee station in reception. For the value of money really goood. "

"This was an older motel that has been nicely renovated. Very comfortable beds, access to a coffee / juice station and a simple breakfast. Located near downtown Revelstoke and services. Better than even some of the newer properties we have stayed at in Revelstoke."

"The space is so spacious. Excellent for groups or families. We were travelling with 5 of our kids after being on a cruise and everyone was happy to have their own space and spread out. Enough bathrooms for all and laundry! It’s a beautiful, peaceful location. Really a 10/10! "

"I recently stayed at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel while traveling between Vancouver and Calgary during a move, and it turned out to be an excellent experience. I was especially surprised (and very relieved) that their pet policy allowed cats, as I was traveling with two. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that welcome cats, so this made a big difference for me and made the move far less stressful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless—quick, efficient, and handled professionally....

"Staff were fantastic. Our room was good but there were issues with the shower. Currently undergoing a renovation so not as clean and organized as a person usually gets from a Fairfield. Parking is easy and free. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. "

"We had a constant ringing in our room and could not get the tv working. No ice on our floor. The fellow that came to our room finally got the tv working but could not understand English. He could not get the remote working and didn’t know what I was asking about the ice machine. The mgr at the desk came up and could not fix the remote and didn’t understand about the constant ringing.
