"The host was to email me a few days before awith the address and access details but never did. I had to chase them several times before eventually getting a response while waiting to find out where I was staying. To make matters worse, the map pin was completely wrong, adding another 10 minutes' walk back past the apartment. Not a great start. Calling this a "Luxury Apartment" is laughable. "The host was incredibly friendly and communicative. The flat was modern, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed for our family of four to enjoy a home-cooked dinner on our last night in London. There’s a grocery store just down the street within easy walking distance. We chose this place for its proximity to the airport and ordered an Uber in advance, which was a smooth 20-minute ride. I highly recommend this place, and if I return to London, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean room, tidy and modern. There was Ac but not fully working. Bathroom was clean check in was easy. Nice area. We booked a king room however it was just 2 twin beds pushed together with an annoying gap in the middle."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."
