"A lovely cottage in a great location. The cottage has everything you need and the bedrooms are a good size too. There are several uneven, steep steps walking up to the cottage so I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are unsteady on their feet. The owners left some biscuits and milk on the fridge which was a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future when visiting Whitby."

"We thought from Expedia's website that we were getting self catering, with living room/kitchen as well as the bedroom and bathroom, but we got bedroom and bathroom only. Not the owner's fault, but Expedia. Accommodation was okay, but we have stayed in better for similar/lower price. General area was nice."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Lockton 6 apartment. Brilliant location right on the beach very handy as i had young kids and family members with mobility issues with me. Was great for nipping back to get a change of clothes or snacks. The apartment and location ticked all our boxes and staff were friendly. The on site parking was great. The apartment itself had everything we needed pots, pans, dishes cutlery,dishwasher iron/board, hoover, ensuite in each room, spa bath in master bedroom,...

"What a lovely place, we hired a beautiful Bell tent for 2 nights. It was set up with all the essentials on our arrival. The plot had plenty of space around to set up bbq room and room for kids to play. The site, washrooms and kitchen were like new, very well maintained regularly cleaned. I have a pet allergy so the no pets policy was a great bonus here for me too. We had a great time and will book again. Thank you. "
