"Cosy Corner was indeed ‘cosy’ and had all the amenities necessary to make a super break. Very comfortable bed and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep and lovely to enjoy an outside table in the sunshine. This is a great base for restaurants (loved Charlie’s) and Chatsworth. We would happily return. "

"Excellent communication with the owner on everything we asked. We had beautiful weather during our stay and made use of all the facilities. The only thing I was told about was that the bedrooms could do with blackout blinds. Other than that would highly recommend the property to anyone "

"What a lovely cottage. Very well furnished and equipped, in a lovely location. The cottage is even nicer than the photos suggest. However, if you ha e young children ( our grandchildren are ages 8, 5, 4 and 3), the neighbour is likely to complain. We received a message from the owner, with a complaint about the children running around and being noisy. Isn't that what children do when they are excited to be on holiday? The cottage does have floorboards which are quite noisy, but to expect them...

"What a lovely property, perfect location right in the heart of the best walking country and beautifully positioned - less than a 10 minute walk between 3 gorgeous pubs. It’s a traditional building and has been refurbished very tastefully. Plenty of hot water, powerful shower, new kitchen and bathroom. The owners sent us all of the information we needed to make our arrival smooth and whole stay a pleasure. Highly recommend."

Property advertised for up to 10, but would think it could be a bit of a squeeze unless several of party were small children. There were 6 of us and it was perfect size"

"We had a really great time here. Going anywhere with 2 young boys is always a worry with how suitable it would be, but The Coach House was perfect. They absolutely loved the bunk beds and the play area outside. We had more than enough space for the 4 of us. The cottage was well equipped for us to self cater for the week and it was lovely and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the Peak District including Matlock and Matlock Bath which is where we would also go to the supermarket. Nigel...
