"We found the property with ease and the on road parking is not an issue. Thd property is very snug, well appointed and clean throughout. Liz was the perfect host who kept us up to date with the check in process. Baslow is a really nice village with two excellent pubs (we ate in both) and good Italian restaurant. There are also two hotels where you can find a drink. There are a good many walks to be found and Chatsworth House is only a 20 minute stroll."

"Pretty property, booked last minute and no problem with the instructions or entry. Comfortable, but the shower doesn't work (very weak, keeps dropping to stone cold or scalding hot halfway through) and the kitchen/bathroom both need a deep clean not just a wipe - had to wash up everything in the kitchen cupboards before use. Without this would be a very nice stay, as is can't recommend sorry."

"The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was small but very comfortable and it had everything that we needed. We especially loved having the espresso machine and the instant hot water. The views from all the windows were outstanding. The local home owners that we met were very helpful and provided some tips on things that they recommended to do."

"Hot tub was amazing and spotless,just like the whole house. The dog was well catered for and she enjoyed her stay. We didn't find the hot tub floodlight switch until we were leaving,so a note about it would have helped. Also lights in the hot tub didn't work,but not a major issue. The towel rail in the ensuite wasn't working. Apart from those issues we had a fantastic weekend. Thank you "
