"The room was really really nice. We stayed in the room with the round stain glass Window, which was really beautiful. We’d travelled to the area to go to Chatsworth house for the Christmas market et cetera, which was great. Staff in the hotel were pretty friendly, more so in the restaurant than at the desk. The room was lovely although I would say that they need to change the carpet around the tub in the room as there were lots of water stains around it which spoilt the feeling of luxury...

"Amazing convenient property in the Peak District. The property is charming and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Great pub and walking distance to Chatsworth House. A fantastic way to spend a holiday. Highly recommend!"
