"I was very wary of booking this hotel, based on some of the reviews on here.. I followed my gut and booked it regardless, and was absolutely blown away by the level of service provided by this hotel. We pulled up and were greeted by the wonderful concierge team, valet parking, immediately handed us an umbrella to shield us from the rain.. went into check in and had an amazing experience with the front desk. The room was absolutely incredible with the best views of the red rocks, I've never seen...
