"The apartment itself was adorable. It was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen necessities. My only complaint was that the washer & dryer are not within the unit. The washer & dryer are coin operated and in the basement of the building (which was a little scary for women traveling alone). The VRBO “highlights” of the property stated that there is a washer & dryer. It isn’t until the bottom of the full length description that it mentions that it is coin...

"Wonderful property located minutes from Main St. The house was clean, comfortable and very cozy! I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here while visiting our son at CSU and the house was just about 20-25 minutes away. It was a great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Collins but still close enough to get to everything easily."

"The home is in a good location but unfortunately not well maintained, the air conditioning went from barely working to completely broken during our stay, with temperatures in the house in the 80s all night long. The hot tub had also not been cleaned prior to our stay. 40% of our total costs for the stay were landlord and vrbo fees, The property manager even tried to add on an additional unlisted fee which I had to argue to the point vrbo customer service had to tell them no. The host was kind and easy to communicate with, although we didn’t have the need to converse much since we had all of our needs need met.
