"This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise."

"Coffee on the dock, sitting on the dock, tubing off the dock, swimming off the dock…..priceless !!! Home was spacious and accommodated our family of 7 ( 8 with dog ) comfortably . "

While there was plenty of space to bring more family with us it was also just perfect for us and our sweet dog. We felt right at home! The location is perfect… centrally located to so many beautiful springs. The swing on the deck was perfect for evening wind downs and morning coffee. "This property is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood and very well set up for a family needing multiple bedrooms. Everything was very clean and so nicely decorated - it definitely felt like a home-away-from-home, with a pool as an extra bonus! The property manager was wonderful in responding to all questions and requests. We hope to rent this property again - it was perfect for our needs!"

"This place was awesome. The view, the cleanliness and the location. We were 11 minutes from Ginnie Springs, 8 mins from Fort White and 15 mins from High Springs. "The house is a great place to stay. We visited a couple of the springs in the area. If you wanted to eat out it was a little bit of a drive but not to bad.15 to 30 minutes to any chain restaurant plenty of local places. Sisters is great for lunch. Will book again if we go back to this area. "
