"This is a lovely little 1925 bungalow duplex in a well located, quiet, and safe area just off of the Mother Road. The kitchen is well supplied with the basics of S&P, sugar, sweetener, a little coffee, etc. There's even dish soap and laundry soap too! Our hosts are very attentive although they have left little to need. This has been a very clean and comfortable place for us to make a nice home away from home. We are long time Tulsans back visiting and will definitely make this our first choice...

"What a horrifying hotel experience. The property is disgusting. At check in the jittery drug addled night manager demanded a cash deposit (which I did not have on me). He refused to take my credit card and when he called the property manager she insisted I had to have cash that I was informed when I booked. Not true. No mention of cash - "Deposit: USD 50 per accommodation, per stay" . It also states "The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary...

"Very nice place. Clean, several good restaurants within walking distance. Nice to have covered parking. My only complaints—- the only tv is in the larger bedroom and the batteries in the remote were low, the bathroom is kind of small and the host didn’t provide a phone number where I could reach her, all communication was via text. I’m an old guy and still prefer to TALK to people. It took me about 15 minutes to type this on my phone. I would stay there again."

"We loved this bungalow! The home is clean and comfortable. If you want a great location for sight seeing around Tulsa, this is the place! It is directly in front of the Broken Arrow Expressway. So convenient. The traffic noise is a thing but it didn't bother us at all during the night and we weren't there much during the day. We stayed a full week and will be back. "We loved the location for walking our dog and for going to restaurants and to Rose Rock creamery for ice cream. You have got to try Dilly Diner next to the iconic Blue Dome. Check in was easy and the beds were super comfortable. Loved the big, soft towels and cozy blankets to snuggle under. We wish it had been warm enough to use the pool-it looked inviting and this unit looks down on it. Because you are in the vibrant downtown, remember that you will have some noise of sirens, garbage trucks...

"Ok, this home is a great home and the neighborhood is fantastic! We had a problem with check-in due to miscommunication on host/booking end. Host/owner answered call immediately and resolved the issue within 45 minutes or so. Home was as described and had no issues until the next morning. The shower handle did. It work and we couldn’t take a shower. We only stayed 1 night so we just headed back home. After discussing issue with owner, they made it right and we are satisfied. Overall, I’d say...

"House was very clean & comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood & easy access. Beds were comfortable. Layout of house is very nice. A couple suggestions: We had to google how to adjust thermostat, directions weren't very clear. The plug in scent smelled clean when you opened the door but was way too strong. We were on a sales conference & had to go buy a coffee pot in order to take a thermos with us for day, they have a nice pod pot. Thankful we brought our own pots & pans. Dryer took 3...
