"Room was dated. Cushion by window was ripped. Blow dryer would only work if you kept the on button pushed in and eventually it started to come off the wall and was hanging by 1 anchor bolt. I deemed it unsafe to use after that. Was not fixed during my 4 day stay. Main electrical outlets did not work and that explained why the clock on the nightstand was unplugged. The previous guest or housekeeping needed it. Breakfast was fine and apparently the lobby just had a remodeled and the rooms...

"Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards"

"Musty smell in the room. Felt damp. Staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face."

"Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation. Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was adequate. It was the typical scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes with bacon bits. You had a choice of cold cereals or oatmeal. Breads consisted of toast, bagels, or muffins. Juices and coffee or tea. Everything was self-serve. Everything was clean and neat but just the run of the mill budget hotel breakfast."

"The dead bolt locked my son in his room and the maintenance/cook guy eventually arrived to tell him thats just the way the lock is. This could have been a life threatening situation. The lock needs replaced! The ice machine was broken. The breakfast tasted like mold (obviously hasn't been clean in who knows when). The breakfast was the worst frozen microwaved eggs and sausage. The front desk tool personal calls on speaker phone while checking us and others in. Not emergency type stuff, leisurely...

"The hotel itself was great and near everything. The lobby and hallways just smell like old school hotels that used to let you smoke in there but never got rid of the smell after the remodel mixed w wet dog."

"Good overnite. Suggest intake staff alert travelers to $50.00 incidental fee that is added to room charge at checkin and then refunded at checkout to avoid alarm!"

"The pool and spa had handicap chair lifts. The pool opens early if you want to swim before you leave. The Staff were nice. The Cleaning Crew did a great job. I would stay here again."
