Yes, staff was very helpful, was staying two nights due to weather, then needed an additional night. My company sent a confirmation email and the staff had me in the same room and ready to extend my stay in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service even with several bookings due to severe weather

Host was extremely responsive. The property was even more gorgeous in person. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook at home. Beds were comfortable and the family room had plenty of seating for our group to gather and enjoy evenings together.
