"Very nice little place that accommodated 2 people. We had an awesome time staying there and seeing our friends and visiting down town. We were there 8 days. The only thing I wish we could have changed was a comfier bed since there a longer period. Otherwise everything was very clean, a nice.quiet little place. I would recommend to a couple if looking for a studio place. Thank you for having us! "

"There were six of us and only five available bedrooms in the main house. Though there are beds over the sunroom, I was afraid of going down the stairs at night. That is such a nice room but the makeshift runner on those steps seemed like a trip hazard. I can only imagine the upkeep costs of this house, but you may want to consider redoing those stairs. "This place is nothing short of a dump. We needed last minute housing, but we ended up leaving a week early due to the condition of the property. It has mold/mildew in the bathrooms, cracked kitchen tiles, broken flooring, and every vent is cracked. The toilet didn't work, the carpet needs to be replaced, and many of the window sills are cracked. There's a ladybug infestation and the place has a smell that is off-putting. The home was also well stocked which came in handy when my last minute cupcake plans fell through. "Everything was perfect, but there is always one person who ruins everything. I want to leave this message specifically for the person responsible for restocking the amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It is disrespectful that someone has to travel from far away, arrive at a hotel where everyone else has done their job, and you have not done yours by failing to refill the amenities. It is unacceptable that I arrived and found no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash to take a shower, especially when you had the time to do your job and take responsibility for it."
